Executive Leadership
CubePay is co-founded by Benjamin Chua and May-Shan Tan in 2014. Driven and determined, their single-minded ambition is to bring merchants innovative payment solutions backed by top-notch quality of service. Today, CubePay employs over 34 highly trained professionals in Singapore and Taiwan. As a team, CubePay continues to push the boundary of innovation, complying to the highest international standards in data security, privacy and regulations at all times.
MAY SHAN TAN
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
May Shan co-founded CubePay and oversees the company’s accelerated business growth. She currently helms the operations and finance and is primarily responsible for driving strategies and partnerships. Prior to co-founding CubePay, May Shan was the Country Manager at Ingenico Group and Account Manager at VeriFone. It was at Verifone that May Shan was recognized and awarded for achieving extraordinary results in the years 2010 - 2011 consecutively. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bradford.
BASIL CHUA
CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER
Basil is the Chief Marketing Officer of CubePay since December 2020. He is responsible for marketing, innovation and commercialisation strategies. Basil also serves as Managing Director and Founder of Multiverse Partners since 2014, where he specialises in partnerships and building media businesses across the digital ecosystem in the Asia Pacific. Basil holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Marketing) from La Trobe University. He has attended executive education programmes at Cambridge Judge Business School and Kellogg School of Management. He is an alumnus of AXSI Digital Finance Leadership Programme by Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore - Institue of Systems Science, AMTD and Xiaomi.
BENJAMIN CHUA
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Benjamin co-founded CubePay, and currently helms the technology and compliance and is responsible for driving innovation, automation, and compliance developments, taking its payment platform to the next level. Benjamin is a senior engineering and business executive in the payment sector. For over 20 years, he has held regional technology, operations, business development and leadership positions. Earlier, Benjamin worked at VeriFone, heading the team for Integrated Solutions and Services in Greater Asia. He was instrumental in innovating a range of managed products and services and was a patent inventor. Benjamin is an alumnus of AXSI Digital Finance Leadership Programme, by Singapore Management University and the National University of Singapore - Institue of Systems Science, AMTD and Xiaomi.

TÜV SÜD ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 Certifications
CubePay is the first Singapore Fintech company in digital payment to achieve both ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management system (ISMS) and ISO27701 for privacy information management system (PIMS).
PCI Security Standards Council - Data Security Standards Level 1 Certification.
The Council was founded in 2006 by American Express, Discover, JCB International, MasterCard and Visa Inc. PCI Security Council Standards requires that maintaining payment security is required for all entities that store, process or transmit cardholder data. Guidance for maintaining payment security is provided in PCI security standards. These set the technical and operational requirements for organizations accepting or processing payment transactions, and for software developers and manufacturers of applications and devices used in those transactions.
Workplace Safety and Health Council - bizSAFE Level 4 Certification.
Started in 2007, bizSAFE is a programme designed to help companies build workplace safety and health (WSH) capabilities. In September 2017, the programme has included SGSecure elements to help companies to put in place measures to manage potential terror threats.
Singapore FinTech Association Certification.
CubePay is a member of the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) and RadiumeOne Merchant Payment Platform obtained SFA's certification status in April 2021. The SFA certification validates that CubePay is providing RadiumOne, a fully operational technology solution for the financial sector as its core business.

The ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 certificates were officially presented to CubePay in an event held at TÜV SÜD PSB Singapore on 24 September 2021.
