TERMINAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Singapore - Position Open

We are on a lookout for a talented software engineer to join our DevOps Team in Singapore and beyond. This is a newly created position as part of our expansion. If you have what it takes, send us your CV and we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

About the Job

You will be given the responsibility of analyzing, designing and maintaining the customer's mission-critical payment applications. And you will work with the existing team to ensure that we are able to meet the application requirements and specifications.

What’s in the Job

You will ​be involved in the analysis, design, coding and maintenance of the customer's payment applications. You are required to keep to the software documentation and training materials when diagnosing and resolving customer issues. You are to maintain and enhance the existing software for improved performance. Thereafter, you are required to create and update the software documentation. As you diagnose software and system failures, you are required to follow established protocols and procedures, and if necessary find new ways of resolving technical issues. Develop and maintain a positive customer relationship at all times. Partner with various functional teams to resolve customer issues expeditiously.  Finally, you are also required to define, create, execute and maintain test cases.

The Candidate

We expect the ideal candidate to be qualified with a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering or similar. 2 - 4 years in credit card terminal software development. Strong software development in C++ and C# programming languages. Knowledge in C# and ARM compilers, Eclipse IDE will be an advantage. Intensive knowledge in standards and concepts including ISO8583, EMV, PCI-DSS, data cryptography (i.e. DUKPT, Master Key etc). Proficient knowledge of EMV contact and contactless certification process (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, Discover). Able to work independently as well in a team environment. Possess good communication skills with internal and external parties. Adaptable, self-motivated and positive attitude. Strong analytical thinking skills and demonstrated independent problem-solving. Speaks and write English well.

MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are on a lookout for a young and passionate Marketing Specialist to champion our growth strategy in Singapore and beyond. This is a newly created position and the right candidate will be provided with coaching and training.

About the Job

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be given the unique responsibility of designing high-impact marketing programmes and initiatives. Your primary task is to drive demand and manage the customer experience journey. You will work with your teammates and agencies in ideation and implementation.

 

What’s in the Job

Lead, develop, manage and oversee marketing programmes and tactical initiatives to drive demand, customer acquisition and post-sale customer retention. Jointly develop co-marketing plans with ecosystem partners. Manage roadshows and marketing events. Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Manage and update partner and customer communications. Manage the company’s web sites, social media, publicity and marketing assets. Develop and write sales materials, monthly electronic direct mails and sales presentations.​ Based in Singapore.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

About the Job

The Field Service Technician is a vital member of the Technical Support Team, responding to customer requests for on-site attention, from training, installing, upgrading and solving technical issues and ensuring a high level of merchant satisfaction.

What's in the Job

Whenever a new merchant signs up to CubePay's service, you are required to help the merchant get started, from training, guiding, installing, setting up and upgrading payment terminal devices - both hardware and software services.

You will be on standby to respond to merchants requesting on-site technical support. You will be required to make visits to merchants to troubleshoot and solve their technical problems. As and when merchants are faced with technical issues, you will be asked to make a visit to the merchant to troubleshoot and solve problems. Finally, you will be required to send your service reports so we are able to continue to monitor and improve on the quality of our customer support.

The Candidate

To apply for this job, you must have at least an ITE or GCE "N" Level educational qualification. We expect you to have basic IT and system networking knowledge. You must be comfortable in setting up and installing consumer smart devices (such as your smart phones, home networking routers and WIFI etc). You must be able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays. You are expected to be an independent problem-solver, communicate well with customers, and a team player.

CUSTOMER CARE ASSISTANT

We are hoping to find the ideal candidate to fill a new role in Customer Care Assistant. This position is extremely important as it provides us to provide round-the-clock technical support.


About the Job

The Customer Care Assistant is a pivotal member of the Technical Support Team, responding to customer requests, taking customer feedbacks and finding solutions to their technical problems.


What's in the Job

You are expected to provide the first-level and point of contact for all inbound merchant enquiries over the telephone, emails, and any other communications. Document, track, and keep an up to date account on the CRM on all merchant enquiries, feedbacks and problem resolution status. As part of the job, you are required to provide administrative support such as document digitization, data verification, working with the other teams in technical problem resolution.

The Candidate

To apply for this job, you must have at least 2 years of prior experience in customer support. Good communication skills, pleasant personality and the ability to work under pressure. You must have an eye for details. Competent in the use of Microsoft Windows and Office. Spoken and written English is a must. Last but not least, you must willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
